Recently, Inhouse Brand Architects finished a refurbishment of certain sections of the Santam administrative offices in Durbanville, Cape Town. Demonstrating the considerable talents and design capabilities for which Inhouse is renowned, the Santam office complex not only showcases a modern, integrated work environment which is centered around the latest office design principles, but also an environmental awareness that prevails throughout the space. Energy efficient lighting, renewable materials and locally manufactured finishes are integral features and these work hand-in-hand with the smooth translation of Santam’s corporate identity into a built environment.
