Located on the East African island, Blue Amber Zanzibar is a residential and resort development that is recognized as a strategic investment project in Tanzania. With development planned in phases, the first phase focuses on residential real estate with several mid-range villas that are available to the market.
In the build-up to the delivery of its first completed villa, which is scheduled for hand-over to its owner in December 2022, Blue Amber Zanzibar, has appointed Scout PR & Social Media as its lead agency. Scout has been tasked with building the brand internationally as a prime property investment opportunity. Scout will provide a 360-degree marketing approach encompassing engaging communications strategies and content across digital and traditional channels, as well as earned and paid media exposure values.

Scout will leverage its expertise in PR and communications, digital paid strategies, social media, creative content and other marketing tools to build, execute and measure various campaigns.
