Beauty Fires reached out to Scout PR & Social Media this month to assist the company’s Cape Town and Johannesburg showrooms with the national trade and media launch of the Forge Fires Collection. Scout has been tasked with inviting media to attend the launch events in each city, to be held on 22 May, and with distributing news of the homegrown range.

Beauty Fires works closely with architects and designers to create iconic indoor/outdoor products, focusing on fireplaces, braais, fire pits and pizza ovens. The new Forge Fires Collection is a range of locally manufactured closed combustion fireplaces and Beauty Fires’ latest addition to an extensive offering.

Says Lauren Shantall, director of Cape Town-based Scout PR & Social Media, ‘We’re pleased to be able to assist Beauty Fires with the launch of these homegrown products, noting that they are made right here in Cape Town. We trust that the market will support this excellent product development for the advantages it provides.’

For years, South Africa’s fireplace market has been dominated by high-end European brands and lower-cost Chinese imports. This is set to change, thanks to Forge Fires. The new closed combustion collection is manufactured in South Africa from premium-grade steel and includes both insert and freestanding fireplaces. These combine solid build quality, performance and clean design, at a price that makes sense.

The Forge Fires designs are built to last, and apply well-established airflow technology, resulting in units that burn cleanly and heat efficiently. A highlight of the range is the I120/F120, currently the largest hinged-door, wood-burning closed combustion fireplace available in South Africa. At 1 200 mm wide, it offers generous heating capacity without sacrificing style.

The Forge Fires range combines practical design and quality manufacturing, and is ideal for contractors, architects, designers and homeowners alike. The collection is now available at all Beauty Fires stores.
